2025 AWHONN Convention Scholarships
Through the generous support of AWHONN’s charitable giving program, Every Woman, Every Baby, AWHONN is offering 35 Convention Scholarships to Full Members, and new this year, we will be offering 5 Convention Scholarships to Student Members.
Members experiencing financial hardship and members of underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2025, 5 pm EST.
Eligibility
- Applicant is a current AWHONN full member in good standing.
- Applicant is a registered nurse in women’s health, neonatal, or obstetrics specialties.
- Applicant was not a recipient of AWHONN Convention Scholarship in the past two years (2023 and 2024).
- NEW! Student scholarship applicants must be a full-time undergraduate student member in good standing at the time of application and remain so through the Convention.
Application Process
- All applicants must complete the application form and agree to the terms by March 31, 2025, 5 pm EST to be eligible.
- The selection committee will review applications and will notify selected applicants via email no later than then end of March 2024.

Selected Applicants Must Agree to the Following:
- AWHONN is responsible for covering Convention registration fees.
- Applicant is responsible for costs associated with housing, transportation, food, and incidentals.
- Applicant must attend and participate for the entire duration of the AWHONN Convention.
- Applicant will need to submit a testimonial about their experience at the AWHONN Convention.
- If an applicant is no longer able to attend for any reason, they must submit a written cancellation notification to scholarship@awhonn.org.
- Transfers to another member or colleague are not permitted.
