What: AWHONN on Capitol Hill is a public policy conference with a lobby day to advance legislation on the health of women and newborns.
How: Registration for the AWHONN on Capitol Hill event is a non-refundable $199 for AWHONN members and $299 for non-members. This fee includes breakfast and lunch on Monday, March 30 and breakfast on Tuesday, March 31.

TRAVEL & HOTEL:
Travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of registrants. Register by February 27 to receive the special AWHONN group rate. $269 single or $299 double occupancy has been negotiated for attendees.
For those traveling outside of the DC, MD, VA area we recommend arriving on Sunday so that you can join us for a no-host cash bar reception at 5 pm and get a good night’s rest before the first session on Monday morning. Appointments on Tuesday may end as late as 5:30. Do not make a flight reservation earlier than 7:30 pm.
The hotel is conveniently located near Washington Union Station, which is serviced by Amtrak, with rail connections to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington, National Airport.

- And an as yet to be introduced Senate companion bill to H.R.4768 – Home Visiting to Reduce Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Act

- Full day on Capitol Hill meeting with representatives and their staff.
- Group Photo on the Capitol Hill Steps at noon.
Appointments may end as late as 5:30 pm. Plan to depart at 5:30 pm. Please do not make flight arrangements until after 7:30 pm.
